- 比较警醒(Rather alert)
- 不太警醒但也无困意(Neither alert nor sleepy)
- 有一些困意倾向(Some signs of sleepiness)
- 有困意,但是不需要努力保持清醒(Sleepy,but no effort to keep alert)
- 有困意,且需要一定的努力保持清醒(Sleepy,some effort to keep alert)
- 非常困倦,需要极大的努力保持清醒(Very sleepy,great effort to keep alert,fighting sleep)
这是一个主观量表,可用于自我评估疲劳。

Scoring This is a 9-point scale (1 = extremely alert, 3 = alert, 5 = neither alert nor sleepy,
