卡罗林斯卡嗜睡量表(Karolinska sleepiness scale,KSS)

卡罗林斯卡嗜睡量表(KSS)给出了完整但主观的疲劳测量,该量表描述了9种嗜睡程度。

  1. 极度警醒(Extremely alert)
  2. 非常警醒(Very alert)
  3. 警醒(Alert)
  4. 比较警醒(Rather alert)
  5. 不太警醒但也无困意(Neither alert nor sleepy)
  6. 有一些困意倾向(Some signs of sleepiness)
  7. 有困意,但是不需要努力保持清醒(Sleepy,but no effort to keep alert)
  8. 有困意,且需要一定的努力保持清醒(Sleepy,some effort to keep alert)
  9. 非常困倦,需要极大的努力保持清醒(Very sleepy,great effort to keep alert,fighting sleep)

这是一个主观量表,可用于自我评估疲劳。
