简版流调中心抑郁量表(CESD-10)

完成一份20个条目的CES-D 量表平均需要12分钟的时间,并且有10%的受访者拒绝完成整个量表。此外,在进行大型调查时,问卷常常涉及很多问题,这时简短的量表非常重要。为了解决这一问题,许多学者努力改善CES-D 量表,其 中 Andresen(1994)运用条目总分相关和删除冗余项方法开发出了10个条目的量表,即CESD-10。简版量表使受访者更容易接受,并且能在较短的时间内完成,因此增加了应答率。

下列问题与你在过去一周里的感受和行为相关。请认真阅读量表中数字所代表的含义,然后标出最能说明你过去一周的感受和行为状况的数字。
0:几乎没有(少于一天)
1:很少有(1-2天)
2:经常有(3-4天)
3:差不多一直有(5-7天)

I was bothered by things that usually don’t bother me.

I had trouble keeping my mind on what I was doing.

I felt depressed.

I felt that everything I did was an effort.

5. 我感到未来有希望(反向评分)*
I felt hopeful about the future. *

I felt fearful.

7. 我睡不安稳
My sleep was restless.

I felt lonely.

I could not “get going.”

计算总分,介于0~30,如超过2条记录缺失,则废弃。总分大于等于10分,提示可能存在抑郁问题。

The total score is calculated by finding the sum of 10 items. Do not score the form if more than 2 items are missing. Any score equal to or above 10 is considered depressed
