斯坦福嗜睡量表 (Stanford Sleepiness Scale, SSS)

请仔细阅读每一个选项,然后结合您自己的实际情况,从以下七个选项中选择一个最适合您自己目前状态的选项。

  1. 感觉有活力、生机、警觉、清醒(Feeling active, vital, alert, or wide awake)
  2. 处于高水平的功能状态,但非顶峰状态,能够集中注意力(Functioning at high levels, but not at peak; able to concentrate)
  3. 松弛、清醒、反应能力不是最佳(Awake, but relaxed; responsive but not fully alert)
  4. 多少有些不清醒,情绪不高(Somewhat foggy, let down)
  5. 头脑不清醒;有点想睡;思维减慢(Foggy; losing interest in remaining awake; slowed down)
  6. 困倦,努力坚持者不睡着;希望躺下(Sleepy, woozy, fighting sleep; prefer to lie down)
  7. 无法继续保持清醒,很快可以入睡;出现类似做梦的思维(No longer fighting sleep, sleep onset soon; having dream-like thoughts)
